Our Mission

Para sa klarong kinabukasan.

Our vision

A Philippines where businesses of every size keep organized digital records, find what they need in seconds, and no longer lose important information in piles of paper.

Our mission

KLARO helps Philippine small and medium businesses turn handwritten logs, receipts, and paper records into organized digital data. Our AI-assisted platform gives staff and owners one simple place to record, find, and use everyday business information.

We make it easier for teams to keep records up to date and for owners to see the information they need. For cooperatives, that means making what was sold, what is owed to the cooperative, and what the cooperative owes others easier to see. Clear records help reduce missed sales, untracked receivables, and unconfirmed payments by making everyday transactions easier to record and review.

Tracking does not file BIR returns or compute compliance figures. It does give cooperatives, accountants, and bookkeepers usable inputs instead of a reconstruction scramble at filing time, and that consistency helps build trust but verified between management and staff. We believe every Philippine business deserves operations data that is accurate, fast, and actually usable.

The same foundation can help level the playing field for farmers and buyers with weaker infrastructure or capacity. That is about market access: making it easier to participate and compete, not treating internal tracking as the end goal.

Our values

  1. Meet people where they are. We build for handwriting, chat, and paper first.
  2. Data is dignity, not surveillance. We make operators provable to lenders, partners, and institutions.
  3. Simple enough for daily use. We make it easier for teams to keep records up to date.
  4. Built with operators, not for them. Product decisions come from real work, not desk assumptions.
  5. Own the mission as a team. We are building toward a team structure, not a founder-only operation.

Impact & CSR: agriculture

KLARO began by helping agricultural cooperatives and terminals turn handwritten tallies into structured, bankable records. While our primary commercial focus is now Philippine SMEs more broadly, we maintain that work as a distinct impact and sustainability commitment.
